Do you want to work in a socially important operation where your work makes a real difference for residents and the environment? We are now looking for an excavator operator with leadership skills for our operations within water and sewage, where work in other departments may also occur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an excavator operator with us, you combine practical work in the excavator with the responsibility to lead and coordinate the daily work on the job site. The projects include, among other things, streets, water and sewage lines, stormwater, park and construction work in municipal management.

Responsibilities:

• Operating the excavator during municipal land and construction work
• Leading employees and potential contractors
• Planning, coordinating, and following up on daily work
• Ensuring that the work complies with applicable legislation, occupational health and safety requirements
• Documentation, reporting, and dialogue with colleagues and clients internally within the municipality

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Professional certificate/driving license for excavators
• Several years of experience in construction and earthworks
• Driver's license B
• Good ability to plan and structure work

Meritorious:

• Experience in leadership
• Experience in municipal operations
• Knowledge in water and sewage work
• APV, BAS U/BAS P

You are responsible, clear in your communication, and easy to collaborate with. You enjoy taking on a leadership role and contribute to a good working atmosphere.
